Entries into our directories are divided into two types, non-commercial and commercial.

Non-commercial entries are free of charge and are broadly explained as any information of general interest, which describes or advertises any service, event or enterprise which is non-profit making or for a charitable cause.

Commercial entries are subject to the charges described below and are broadly explained as any information or advertisement leading to a service, business or other profit making enterprise.

There are exceptions to both categories, which can be discussed with the Editor. The Editor reserves the right to make the final decision on whether an entry is non-commercial or commercial and to refuse any entry.

Charges for Commercial Entries

12 MONTHS FREE STANDARD NEW ENTRY
New Entries - Any entry started since 31st October 2009
To have your shop, service or business' details included, free of charge for 12 months, send a request via our online form, your entry will be displayed, free of charge for 12 months; thereafter a nominal fee of just £12.00 per year will be charged. If you want to include a link to your web page or web site, please see below for charges.
Existing Entries - All entries expire on 31st October 2010, thereafter a nominal fee of just £12.00 per year will be charged. If you want to include a link to your web page or web site, please see below for charges.

WEB PAGE ENTRY
We will design and publish a single web page, for a one off charge of only £25.00 plus a £25.00 per year fee for hosting. Directory entries with links to a single web page are displayed, free of charge for 12 months; thereafter a fee of £24.00 per year will be charged.

WEB SITE ENTRY
For full exposure, to local consumers and the world wide web, we will design and publish a full professional web site, for a minimum one off fee of only £100.00 plus a £50.00 per year fee for hosting. Directory entries with links to a web site are displayed, free of charge for 12 months; thereafter a fee of £24.00 per year will be charged.

ANNUAL RENEWALS
All renewals are on October 31st when pro rata charges are made i.e. if your STANDARD ENTRY is first included into the directory in June, the renewal cost in October will be £4.00 to cover the whole of the next year. If your WEB PAGE ENTRY is first included into the directory in February, the renewal cost in October will be £16.00 to cover the whole of the next year.
