Knebworth Festival AGM at
Trinity Church Hall, Park Lane, Knebworth
on Monday, 13th October at 8:00pm |
As you know, this year’s Knebworth Festival was a
great success. We would like to thank you for your part in this. Now is
the time to invite your feedback and your suggestions for the future.
We very much hope that you will be able to attend. If
you are unable to come, please e-mail your comments to
bandj.hall@ntlworld.com or
post to 12 Stonecroft, Knebworth. The Festival Committee have agreed
that any individuals who attend the AGM will automatically become
members of the Festival and entitled to one vote each at the meeting.
They will also be eligible for election to the committee – new
volunteers will be most welcome!
The Agenda is:
- Apologies
- Chairman’s Report on the 2008 Festival
- Treasurer’s Report
- Appointment of Officers and Committee for 2008/9
- Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and up to six members of the
committee.
- Matters Arising
- Plans for the next Festival:
- Possible timing: May 29th – June 7th, July
10th – 19th or the same period as in 2008, which will coincide
with Welwyn and Stevenage Festivals.

- Funding
I am sure you will want to see Knebworth Festival
continue in its aim to bring together the people in our local community.
