After the AGM................. |
It is clear that people have appreciated our efforts to bring the
community together and would like the Festival to continue as an annual
event.
Thank you to those who attended our AGM and those who sent apologies
with pledges of support. We hope to announce the dates for 2009 very
soon.
To ensure the success of the Festival in 2009 we are looking for
two new members for the organising committee to help with the Village
Fête and ticket sales.
We meet about six times a year in one of our homes to oversee the
programme as a whole, liaise with local groups and arrange publicity and
ticket sales.
Our next meeting is on Monday 10 November at
8.00pm.
